The Oklahoma Forestry Service said there has been mist, but no measurable rain in northwestern Oklahoma, where hundreds of thousands of acres are still smoldering. 

Firefighter from across Oklahoma and several other states continue to battle a massive wildfire that has burned nearly 28,000 acres in the northwest part of the state.
